PS Arena

Terms of Service

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms explain how PS Arena works, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them to the end.

1. About these terms

PS Arena (“we”, “us”) runs the PS Arena app, the web app and the website (together, “the service”). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PS Arena. They apply every time you use the service.

By creating an account and tapping “I agree”, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Some features have their own rules, such as the Fair Play Rules, the rules for each game and the details shown on a match or tournament before you join. Those rules are part of these terms. If they ever conflict with these terms on a specific point, the more specific rule applies to that feature.

We may update these terms from time to time. When a change matters for how you use PS Arena, we will ask you to read and accept the new version in the app before you can keep playing or moving PSA. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.

2. What PS Arena is

PS Arena is a platform for skill-based matches and tournaments between players of console and mobile games. You play the game yourself, on your own device and account, against another player. The result depends on how well you play.

PS Arena does not play against you, set odds or take a side in any match. We hold the stakes while a match is being played, check results when players disagree, and pay the winner.

PS Arena is not a game publisher. The games you play belong to their publishers, and you use them under the publishers’ own terms (see section 19).

3. Who can use PS Arena

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. We ask you to confirm your age when you sign up. If you tell us you are under 18, we close the account and you can’t sign up again with the same email or phone number.

You may only have one account. Creating, buying, selling, sharing or using more than one account is not allowed, and neither is using someone else’s account.

You must use the service only where you are allowed to do so, and you are responsible for that choice.

We may refuse to open an account, or close one, if we believe these rules are not met.

4. Your account

To sign up you give us an email address, a phone number and a password. Every account needs a phone number. We confirm your email with a code.

The details you give us must be true, complete and your own, and you must keep them up to date. Your display name and username must not pretend to be someone else, include contact details, or be offensive.

Some actions also need your game IDs (for example your EA, PlayStation or Activision ID). They must be IDs you actually play with in that match, so the other player and our team can check the result.

You are responsible for everything done through your account.

5. Keeping your account secure

Keep your password, codes, withdrawal PIN and backup codes private. Never share them with anyone, including people who say they work for PS Arena. Our team will never ask for your password or codes.

You can turn on two-step sign-in and a withdrawal PIN in Profile → Security. Some actions, such as a withdrawal, may ask for your PIN or a two-step code.

If you think someone else has used your account, change your password, sign out of other devices and contact Support straight away. We may pause your account while we check what happened.

6. Identity checks

We may ask you to verify your identity at any time, for example before your first withdrawal, before you host certain tournaments, or if something on your account looks unusual.

To verify, you send a clear photo of a valid national ID card, passport or driver’s licence, together with a selfie. The name on the document must match your account. Our team reviews every check, and we tell you the result in the app.

Until your identity is verified, some features may not be available, and withdrawals may wait. If a check fails or the documents are not genuine, we may refuse the withdrawal, restrict the account or close it.

7. PSA coins

PSA is the coin used inside the service. Stakes, entry fees, prizes, fees and balances are all shown in PSA, always in whole coins.

PSA is linked to USDT at a fixed rate: 1 USDT = 100 PSA. You add PSA by depositing USDT and you take it out by withdrawing USDT.

PSA can only be used inside the service. It can’t be sent to other players, sold or exchanged outside PS Arena, and it earns no interest.

Your wallet shows what you have available, what is held in matches or tournaments, any bonus PSA and any amounts still being processed.

If PSA is added to your account by mistake — for example because of a technical error — we may correct your balance. We tell you when that happens.

8. Deposits

Deposits are made in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) only. The app shows you a deposit address that belongs to your account.

Only send USDT on BNB Smart Chain to that address. Other tokens, or USDT sent on any other network, are not credited and may be lost for good. Always check the network and the address before you send.

The minimum deposit is 1 USDT. Smaller amounts are not credited. PS Arena charges no deposit fee; your wallet app may charge its own network fee for sending.

A deposit is credited after the blockchain has confirmed it the number of times shown in the app. The app shows its progress while it confirms.

You can withdraw the money you deposited at any time, subject to section 9 and, if you used a bonus, section 10.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to a wallet address you give us. Make sure the address is correct and can receive USDT on BNB Smart Chain: a payment sent to the address you entered can’t be reversed.

The minimum withdrawal is 1 USDT. A service fee applies to withdrawals. You always see the fee as an amount, and the amount you will receive, before you confirm. PS Arena pays the blockchain network fee for sending the withdrawal.

Every withdrawal is reviewed and approved by PS Arena staff before it is sent. We may ask for your PIN, a two-step code, an identity check or more information, and we may hold a withdrawal while we look into unusual activity. Most withdrawals are processed quickly, but reviews and network conditions can take longer.

If a withdrawal is refused or can’t be sent, the PSA goes back to your balance. While your account is restricted or suspended for fair-play reasons you can usually still withdraw, but the withdrawal may need extra review.

You can only withdraw to a wallet you control. We may refuse withdrawals linked to fraud, stolen funds or another person’s account.

10. Bonuses, rewards and referrals

From time to time you may receive bonus PSA, for example from missions, streaks, seasons, promotions or referrals. Bonus PSA is shown separately in your wallet.

You can use bonus PSA to stake in matches and enter tournaments. When you stake, your own PSA is used first and bonus PSA after it. Anything you win is paid as normal PSA.

Bonus PSA must be played through before winnings above what you deposited can be withdrawn. The amount still to play is shown in your wallet. The money you deposited can always be withdrawn.

Referral rewards are paid as shown in the app, for example when a friend you invited makes a qualifying first deposit. Each reward is paid once.

Bonuses and rewards are for real, individual players. If we find abuse — such as linked or fake accounts, self-referrals, or playing against yourself or a friend to move bonus PSA — we may cancel the bonus, the reward and any winnings made from it, and take further action under section 14.

11. Matches

A match is a game between two players for a stake. Before you confirm, the app shows the game, the platform, the stake and the prize. The prize is the pot minus a service fee, and you see both as amounts before you enter.

When the match is set — both players accept, or your opponent joins your invite or open match — both stakes are moved out of the players’ balances and held safely by PS Arena (in escrow) until the match is decided. Neither player can spend held stakes.

Before the match starts you meet in the match lobby, confirm your game IDs, say which side, team or character you are playing as, and upload the start photo the app asks for. The start photo is evidence in case of a dispute.

If the lobby time runs out and neither player is ready, or both are ready but the match never starts, both stakes are refunded in full. If only one player was ready, our team reviews the match and decides.

A match can be cancelled in the lobby only if both players ask. When the second player asks, both stakes are refunded. Once the match starts, it can no longer be cancelled this way.

Refunds and cancellations are free. The service fee is only taken when a match is decided.

12. Results, proof and disputes

When the match ends, both players report the result in the app, with the proof the app asks for (such as a photo or screenshot of the final score). Report honestly and on time.

If both reports agree, the winner receives the prize. If they don’t agree, the match goes to a dispute. Each player can add proof: photos and up to two short videos, within the limits shown in the app. Our team compares the start and final proof, the declared sides, the game IDs, the chat and the match history, and decides the result.

Our decision after reviewing a dispute is final. We may also decide a match when the evidence clearly shows what happened, even without a report from one of the players.

If neither player reports within the time shown in the app, the match becomes pending. A player who reports during the pending period must give a reason for the delay, and our team reviews the late report. If no one claims the match by the end of that period, the stakes leave the match and are held separately as unclaimed stakes. Unclaimed stakes are not PS Arena’s revenue. If you think you are owed unclaimed stakes, contact Support: when we return them, the normal service fee is taken.

The “Report a problem” button in a match only records the problem for our team and adds a note in the chat. It does not pause or change the match, and it can’t be used to stop a payout.

Giving a false result, sending fake or edited proof, or ignoring a match you lost is a serious fair-play breach (see section 14).

13. Tournaments

Tournaments are knockout competitions. Before you join, the app shows the game, the entry fee, the number of places, the start time and how the prize is shared. Entry fees go into the prize pool, and a service fee comes out of the pool; you see the prizes as amounts before you join.

A tournament may start when it is full or at its scheduled start time, as shown on the tournament. Registration closes when check-in starts. If a tournament can’t go ahead, entry fees are refunded.

Each tournament match follows the match rules in sections 11 and 12, with the shorter time limits shown in the tournament. A player who doesn’t send their start photo within the lobby time counts as a no-show, and their opponent goes through. If neither player reports a result in time, both may be knocked out and the next opponent gets a bye.

Only PS Arena’s team decides tournament disputes. A dispute pauses only the part of the bracket it affects. Once the bracket has moved on, a knock-out can’t be undone, but prizes can still be corrected.

Players can host their own tournaments when they meet the hosting requirements shown in the app, for example a minimum account age and a number of completed matches. Hosts must describe their tournament honestly and must not use it to move PSA between accounts.

14. Fair play

PS Arena only works if every match is fair. By using the service you agree to follow the Fair Play Rules shown in the app and these rules:

Play your own matches, on the game ID you declared, without help from anyone else. Don’t use cheats, mods, hacks, bots, exploits or any software or hardware that gives you an unfair advantage.

Don’t collude with your opponent or anyone else — for example by agreeing a result, losing on purpose, or passing PSA between friends through matches.

Don’t use more than one account, share your account, or let someone else play for you.

Don’t disconnect, quit or stop playing on purpose to avoid a loss or to force a result.

Report results honestly and only send real, unedited proof from the match being played.

If we find a breach, we may forfeit the match, award it to the other player, take away winnings gained unfairly, cancel bonuses, add a strike, suspend you from playing, restrict your account or close it. When a player gives a false result, the strike, the suspension or ban, and the stake lost follow the Fair Play Rules shown in the app. Penalties for fair-play breaches don’t stop you from withdrawing PSA you are entitled to, unless the PSA itself was gained unfairly.

15. Things you must not do

Besides the fair-play rules, you must not use the service to break the law, commit fraud or launder money; use stolen funds, cards or wallets; or move money for someone else.

You must not harass, threaten, insult, cheat or scam other players or our staff; share other people’s private information; or post content that is hateful, sexual, violent or illegal.

You must not share contact details or ask players to deal outside PS Arena, for example to settle a match privately.

You must not try to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or get around the security of the service; use automated tools to access it; or use it in any way that could harm PS Arena or its players.

You must not create accounts or activity to abuse bonuses, referrals, missions or promotions.

16. Content you share

You keep ownership of what you share on PS Arena, such as your profile, game IDs, match photos, screenshots, videos, chat messages and support messages.

You give PS Arena permission to store, use, copy and show that content as needed to run the service: for example to show your profile to other players, to share match chat and proof with your opponent, to review disputes, to keep the service safe and to meet our legal obligations.

You must only share content you have the right to share. Match proof must be real and from the match it is for.

We may check chat, names and messages for abuse, scams and contact details, with automated tools and people. We may remove content that breaks these terms and act on the account that posted it.

Some features use AI to help, for example to read a score from your match photo or to help our team review a dispute or an identity check. A person always makes the final decision about disputes, identity checks and your account.

17. Notifications and messages

We send you messages about your account and activity, such as sign-in codes, match and tournament updates, chat messages, dispute updates, deposit and withdrawal receipts and security alerts. These come as in-app notifications and, where you allow them, push notifications and emails.

You can choose many of these in Settings → Notifications. Messages about security, money and important changes to these terms are always sent.

18. Playing responsibly

Only play with money you can afford to lose. Matches can be lost, and you should never play to win back losses or to pay for essential things.

You can set deposit limits, take a short break or take a longer break from the service in Settings → Responsible gaming. While a break is active you can’t play or deposit, but you can still sign in, see your history and withdraw.

If you feel that playing is becoming a problem, take a break and talk to someone you trust. You can also contact Support to close your account.

19. Restrictions, suspension and closing your account

We may put your account on hold, restrict features, suspend you from playing or close your account if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, cheating or other abuse. Where we can, we tell you why and how long it lasts.

When an account is put on hold, matches that have no reported result are cancelled and refunded. Matches with a reported result or a dispute are reviewed by our team.

You can close your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Before you can close it, withdraw your PSA and finish any match, tournament or withdrawal that is still open.

When an account is closed we remove or anonymise your personal details, but we keep the records we must keep — such as transactions, match results, disputes and identity checks — for as long as required.

20. Games, trademarks and other services

PS Arena is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any game publisher, console maker or platform. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the games.

You need your own copy of each game, your own game account and any online subscription the game requires. You must follow the game’s and the platform’s own rules. We are not responsible for games, consoles, game servers, networks, wallets or blockchains run by others, including outages, bans or changes they make.

21. The service and changes to it

We work to keep PS Arena available and working well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause the service for maintenance, updates or security reasons.

We may add, change or remove games, features, limits, fees and rewards. Changes that affect PSA you already hold, or a match or tournament you have already entered, don’t apply to it unless the change is needed for security or by law. Current fees, limits and rewards are always shown in the app before you confirm an action.

If something goes wrong in a match because of a fault in our service, tell Support. We will look at what happened and put it right where it is fair, for example by refunding the stakes.

22. Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, by you breaking these terms, by sending money to a wrong address or network, by other players’ behaviour outside the service, or by games, devices, networks, wallets and blockchains run by others.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud.

23. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law while using the service, and that causes a claim, loss or cost to PS Arena, you agree to cover it. This includes reasonable costs of dealing with the claim.

24. Complaints and support

If you have a problem or a complaint, contact us through Support in the app (Profile → Help & support) or support@psarenas.com. Tell us your username and, where it helps, the match, tournament or transaction it is about.

We aim to reply quickly and to resolve complaints fairly. Disputes about a match result are handled through the dispute review in section 12.

Please contact us first so we can try to put things right before you take any other step.

25. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It is part of these terms, and you can read it at any time in Settings → Privacy Policy or on our website.

26. General

These terms, together with the rules mentioned in section 1 and our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and PS Arena about the service.

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

You can’t transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and duties to another company that takes over the service, and we will tell you if that happens.

These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies if there is a difference.

27. Contact us

You can reach PS Arena through Support in the app (Profile → Help & support) or support@psarenas.com. We will also use the app and your email address to contact you about your account and these terms.
