PS Arena

Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information PS Arena collects, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

PS Arena (“we”) runs the PS Arena app, web app and website. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Account details: your email address, phone number, password (stored only in a protected, scrambled form), username, display name, avatar and your confirmation that you are 18 or over.

Game IDs: the IDs you play with, such as EA, PlayStation or Activision IDs, and the side, team or character you declare for a match.

Identity checks: if you verify your identity, the photo of your national ID card, passport or driver’s licence, your selfie, and the details on the document such as your name and date of birth.

Matches and tournaments: the matches and tournaments you join, stakes, results, start and final photos, screenshots, up to two videos per dispute, chat messages, reports and dispute decisions.

Money: deposits, withdrawals, balances and fees, the deposit address we give you, the wallet addresses you withdraw to, and blockchain transaction details.

Support: the messages and files you send to Support, and your questions in Help.

Device and usage: your device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location from the IP address, sign-in times, trusted devices, push notification tokens and how you use the service, so it works and stays secure.

3. Blockchain transactions are public

Deposits and withdrawals happen on BNB Smart Chain, a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, amounts and transaction times are visible to anyone on the blockchain and can’t be changed or deleted by us or anyone else. We don’t publish your name or account with them, but anyone who knows your wallet address can see its transactions.

4. Why we use it

To run your account and the service: sign-in, matches, tournaments, results, prizes, deposits and withdrawals.

To keep matches fair: checking proof, reviewing disputes, and finding cheating, collusion and linked or duplicate accounts.

To keep you and PS Arena safe: preventing fraud, stolen funds and money laundering, securing accounts, and checking identity before withdrawals or when something looks unusual.

To talk to you: sign-in codes, receipts, match updates, security alerts, support replies and, where you allow them, other notifications.

To improve the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. AI features

When these features are switched on, an AI service helps with some tasks: reading the score, game IDs and room code from the match photos you send, checking photos for blur or edits, helping our team review disputes and identity checks, answering Help questions, suggesting support replies, and checking chat, names and messages for abuse, scams and contact details.

Photos and text are sent securely to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to get the answer. People decide anything about your PSA, your identity check, a dispute or your account; the AI never moves PSA and never suspends or bans anyone. For identity checks we keep only the last four characters of your ID number with the AI reading. Our usage logs record which feature ran, never your photos or messages.

6. What other players see

Other players can see your username, display name, avatar, level, badges and public stats, for example on leaderboards and in matches. Your opponent in a match also sees the game ID you use for that match, your declared side, the match chat and the proof shared in that match. Other players never see your email, phone number, identity documents or wallet details.

7. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with companies that help us run the service — such as hosting and storage, email and notification delivery, blockchain network access, identity checks and AI processing — and only what they need to do that work for us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect players or PS Arena from fraud or harm, or with a company that takes over the service. We do not sell your personal information.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. Dispute videos are deleted after the dispute is closed. Other match proof, chat and results are kept for as long as they may be needed to review matches and keep the service fair.

When you close your account we remove or anonymise your personal details. We keep the records we are required to keep — such as transactions, match results, disputes and identity checks — for as long as required, and then delete them.

9. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls, two-step sign-in for our staff and regular checks to protect your information. Only staff who need it for their job can see identity documents and dispute proof. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password and codes private too.

10. Your choices and rights

You can see and edit your profile, game IDs and phone number in the app, manage notifications in Settings → Notifications and turn off push notifications in your device settings.

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting Support. You can close your account in Settings. Some information can’t be deleted while we must keep it, as explained above, and information on the blockchain can’t be deleted by anyone.

11. Children

PS Arena is only for people aged 18 or over. If someone tells us they are under 18, we close the account and delete what we don’t need to keep, and we block that email and phone number from signing up again.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we tell you in the app about important changes.
